Town Lands Management Committee

 
The Town Lands Management Committee (TLMC) manages parcels of Town-owned property. It makes recommendations to the Select Board regarding use, protection, and enhancement of properties for Town benefit and recreation. The Committee meets at Town Hall as necessary; meetings are open to the public. 
 
Over 600 acres of land are owned by the Town of Phippsburg, and is open to all Townspeople to use and enjoy through varied low impact activities. All persons using any public property are to carry out all waste materials, control pets per State law, obey posted signs and speed limits, respect the rights of all users, and as always, respect the land itself.
 
Taxpayers are responsible for requesting/obtaining all guest permits for Town Lands.
