Planning Board
The Phippsburg Planning Board meets the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm at the Town Hall.
Application forms are available at the Town Hall or can be downloaded from the Town website.
Contact Rachael Newbert, Administrative Assistant to the Planning Board, or Marie Varian, Planning Board Chair,
at least two weeks in advance if you wish to be on the agenda.
Walk-in applicants will be heard if time allows; however, the Board reserves the right to table business remaining at 9:00 pm until the
next scheduled meeting.
The Codes Enforcement Officer can issue permits within the position’s authority and give guidance if Planning Board approval is required.
