New Town Administrator Evan Goodkowsky

Evan Goodkowsky is Phippsburg’s new Town Administrator! Evan grew up in Wiscasset, was educated at Southern Maine Community College and the University of Southern Maine receiving an AAS in Electrical Engineering Tech, a BA in Political Science, and a Master of Policy, Planning, and Management from the Muskie School of Public Service at USM.

 

Evan earned his Certified Maine Assessor credential in 2019 and served as the Assessors Agent for the Town of Westport Island for four years. Additionally in that time he worked as a Broadband Infrastructure Consultant helping to secure infrastructure grants from Maine Connectivity Authority to build fiber internet in more than a dozen municipalities.

 

He currently serves as a County Commissioner in Lincoln County, on the Board of Directors at Two Bridges Regional Jail, and as a Trustee for the Wiscasset Water District.
