The Town's Employee Compensation Committee's Mission is to review relevant sections of the Town of Phippsburg's Employee Handbook and investigate potential improvements to the compensation process and related policies and practices. Then, recommend to the Select Board for consideration and approval changes to the compensation process and updates to the Employee Handbook. 

The committee consists of three volunteer members who are residents of the Town of Phippsburg.
